Parish Pastoral Council

The Parish Pastoral Council consists of a body of elected members of the parish and our administrator. The purpose of the Council is to promote the spiritual growth of the parish community and to plan ways for the parish to carry out the mission of the Church. The Council is a consultative body that makes recommendations to the pastor.

Parish Pastoral Council meets monthly, August through June, to report on the achievements, needs and concerns of the many parish ministries and groups. Additionally, they are the “eyes and ears” of the parish and bring the feedback of the parishioners to the Council meetings.  Pastoral Council Members can be approached after Mass or reached by contacting the Parish Office.

Pastoral Council organizes and hosts the New Parishioner Welcome Brunch. They also help organize, set-up, check-in, and clean up  the Volunteer Appreciation Brunch held the Sunday before Ash Wednesday.

If you have something to bring to the attention of Council, look for a Council member at church after Mass. If you prefer, you may email the office, and indicate in the subject line that it is for Parish Council. The office will forward it to the current Chair.
